9am-1pm at the Yellowstone Holiday RV and Marina

Friday Night Gathering

Pre-fish Hebgen, when you want, sunrise is 8:00 am to 4:30pm

Pre-Fishing

Pre-fish start when you would like, sunrise is 8:01 am to 4:00 pm. All scouting/pre-fishing activities must be complete, and all registered participants OFF the ice by the 4PM commencement of registration/packet pick-up. Rules meetings will begin at 630 PM.

Any team or team member on the ice after 4pm will be disqualified with no refund.

Friday Night Mandatory Rules Meeting

Rules Meeting and Dinner will be held at the Yellowstone Brewing Company starting numbers, and rules meeting. Calcutta, sponsored by the Chamber the benefactor is West Yellowstone’s Kid's-n-Snow ice fishing program.

Saturday Morning Tournament

Tournament, Lineup and inspection will begin at 6:30am and teams released by 730am. Weigh in at 2:00 pm, lake side Kirkwood marina. 4:00 pm, Awards Ceremony, at Yellowstone Brewing Company, FB Live and pay outs. Must be present to win.

Snowmobile Rentals & Yellowstone Park Over-Snow Tours

Come a day early or stay a day later and enjoy other winter activities, offered by our Sponsors. You can rent a variety of snowmobiles (including gas and all gear). Full day snowmobile and snowcoach tours leave from West Yellowstone and travel over the snow into Yellowstone's wintry wonderland of steaming geysers and amazing wildlife.
